Laura Sorkin, co-owner of Runamok has been cooking and experimenting with maple syrup for 16 years and has created over 200 recipes for their website. She will share her knowledge in this class where you will make one savory, one sweet, and one cocktail/drink recipe using maple syrup in both big and small ways.
