COURSE 1: Miso marinated mushrooms - Plymouth Truffle cheddar, charred onion soubise.
COURSE 2: Butter poached lobster - Fra diavolo sauce, cauliflower, Cara Cara orange.
COURSE 3: Raven’s Share Glazed Short Rib - cocoa, mint peas, carrot gremolata.
