In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the essentials of making pâte à choux—the delicate French dough behind airy, golden cream puffs. Guided by a chef instructor, you’ll mix, pipe, and bake your way to perfect puffs, and then fill them with rich pastry cream.
We’ll cover pro tips for mastering the dough, troubleshooting common issues, and elevating your presentation so you can recreate these classics at home.

Attire: Closed-toe shoes are required. Please dress appropriately for a cooking environment, with long hair tied back. Shorts, skirts, open-toed shoes, and flip flops are not allowed. Aprons will be provided, but spills can happen in a professional kitchen setting.
